It might be September but it is still summer! This manicure is a reminder that it is still summer and that bright colors are more than appropriate (though we do not support the notion of "seasonally-appropriate colors --- wear what you want, whenever you want!!). Shell-O comes from the 2013 China Glaze Sunsational Collection which consists of 6 cremes and 6 jellies. Shell-O is one of the yummy jellies. While these jellies are on the sheerer side, we found that Shell-O only needed 2 thicker coats (plus a final brush over to make it super smooth). I personally like the slight VNL that is left to peek through. We love this collection! All the polishes are SUPER NEON and BRIGHT :) We love our bright polishes so this collection gets our vote purely based on color.
