So, April was a long time ago. Time has been a bit weird for me as of late. Certain events feel like forever ago and yet others feel like just yesterday. I still can't believe it's August. How?! At any rate, I got my hands on these beautiful Girly Bits Colors of the Month from April and finally had a chance to wear them and share them!
Every month, Girly Bits creates a duo of nail polishes and then allows devoted fans to name them. All of this fun stuff happens in the Girly Bits Polish Lovers group on Facebook so join us if you aren't already in there! If the name you suggest is chosen, you win a bottle! So, let's check out the duo from April and the witty names that won.

Girly Bits All Bronze No Brains is a golden bronze holo with rose gold and pink shimmer. I am wearing two coats plus top coat and this applied easily, oh so easily. Very smooth and buttery. It's another one of those very neutral yet blingy polishes. I'm into it.
Girly Bits Robin Me Blind is a robin’s egg blue crelly with a soft pink to gold shimmer, tiny copper flakes and pink to green ultra chrome flakes. Okay so this is absolutely perfect with the itty bitty baby flakes. Yet another super smooth and easy application. I am wearing two coats plus top coat.
All Bronze No Brains is such a sophisticated shade. Perfect for Summer now! I imagine it would be gorgeous on deeper skin tones because it looks amazing on my pale hands. It gives off some really lovely rainbows and the shimmer is very apparent.
The holo is a lot more subtle in Robin Me Blind (and intentionally so) which makes it super cute and delicate... like a robin's egg! I wasn't sure I would love this particular shade of blue on my hand but it ended up surprising me (in that I really loved it).
Of course, I want you to check these out closely so here are some closeups for your enjoyment. The flakes really show in these photos and you know how much I love flakes!
Did you grab these when they were available for purchase? I think they were popular because they are no longer on the Harlow & Co. website. I have yet to try a Girly Bits CoTM duo that I haven't loved.
