I'm not sure about you but January felt like the longest month ever. Personally, a LOT happened in January and I am so glad I made it through along with my loved ones. I am really happy to see February as well as these AMAZING Colours of the Month from none other than Girly Bits Cosmetics.
First up on the docket we have Girly Bits Cosmetics Dark Reflection (15 mL, $16.50) which is a maroon/dark wine shimmer with green to blue shifting iridescent flakes. I am wearing three coats plus top coat. I could have gotten away with two but you really want three so that it builds up and you get lots of depth and flakies between the layers.
And will you look at this gigantic iridescent flake?! I love big flakes like this and was so happy to see so many in this polish. There are a lot of different sized flakes so there's something for everyone. And would you also look at that shimmer? *heart eyes emoji*
Girly Bits Cosmetics You Look Mauvelous is a medium dusty purple crelly base with red metallic flakes and grey metallic flakes. I am wearing two coats plus top coat. This is a wonderfully formulated crelly that builds up super nicely and is easy to remove. The purple is very unique in my collection and I love it for Valentine's Day - it's got a kind of emo vibe that speaks to me.
Both of these polishes are 5 Free, cruelty free, and vegan. The February Colours of the Month will be available for purchase from February 1st at 2pm EDT until March 1st at 11:59pm EDT. This new schedule allows you to grab the past month's CoTM along with the present month's CoTM if you so choose to save on shipping that way.
