When a red is done right, it can never be wrong. Is that a riddle? I'm not sure. I just know that this My Indie Polish for the June Video Games Polish Pickup has me feeling giddy.
My Indie Polish Borderlands ($12.50 USD, 15 mL) is inspired by the video game by the name of Borderlands (inspiration picture is below); it is described as a a red jelly that is packed with gold flakies and a touch of shimmer.
I am wearing three coats plus top coat. Like all MIP crellies, this baby is smoooooth and dries so shiny. I could have gotten away with two coats but went with three coats because I wanted more of those gorgeous gold flakies. They are freaking beautiful!!!!! I am super in love with this nail polish and encourage everyone to grab a bottle. If you love reds, this is a must.
Also, if you check the inspo picture below... it's horrifying and scary (lol)... but Tanya made a gorgeous polish out of it and I'm bowled over once again by her talent as a maker.
