Hydrated hands are happy hands. My Indie Polish doesn't just make awesome polishes, they also make wonderful hand care items and deliciously scented wax melts! I've got a review of two of their hand care items (which are double duty items) so read on if you're in the market for some hand care items.
My Indie Polish Make Me a Lady Hand and Cuticle Cream is "insanely thick but in no way greasy!" And that's absolutely true. Make Me a Lady is filled with skin-loving butters and is great for hands, feet cuticles knees and elbows. Unscented. It's also 94% organic and totally vegan and gluten-free! Available in a 2 oz. plastic jar for $5 CAD. This will be at Indie Expo Canada.
I have been using Make Me a Lady for about a month and I have to say it works wonders. I use it at night before bed and it rubs right in after a few minutes. When I wake up in the morning, I swear my nails and hands look and - most importantly - feel smoother and definitely hydrated without looking shiny and greasy.
The second item Tanya sent for me to review is My Indie Polish Lavender Chamomile Salve. This will come as a gift with purchase when you buy the IEC exclusive trio (review here). The Salve is full of healing organic chamomile and organic lavender... an amazing cuticle mender, great for eczema, hands, feet, knees and elbows. 1/2 oz. time for $5 CAD.
This salve is great too. The scent is very natural and soothing. I like applying it to very dry patches on my skin. It's not greasy at all and does hydrate very well. I have also been told that you can apply it to your temples or chest before sleep to calm you down if lavender works in helping you sleep. Another awesome product from My Indie Polish!
