When I attended Indie Expo Canada a few weeks ago, I received this beautiful golden holo from Beyond the Nail which makes me really excited for this brand and their upcoming launches this Summer! Swatches ahead...
Beyond the Nail Pixie is a new holo from the Mississauga-based brand; Pixie is described as a caramel linear holo with golden shimmer. This is my first time trying a Beyond the Nail holo and the formula was impeccable! I am wearing two coats plus top coat. The application was incredibly smooth and buttery. This holo glows! The golden shimmer is so rich looking. I only wear yellow or rose gold jewellery and this reminds me of 14k gold for your nails. This will look amazing on a variety of skin tones, including my ultra pale hands.
And now I have Gold by Ria Mae stuck in my head. I love that song! (And the actress in the video is wearing gold nail polish which is such a tiny detail but so smart).
Along with Pixie, Beyond the Nail debuted another new holo, Pegasus, at IEC as well as some ULTRA HOLOS! Who doesn't love a good holo? I'm super impressed with Pixie and if you like gold or holo in general... you'll need this beauty.
