All good things must come to an end and My Indie Polish has chosen to create their last Hella Handmade Creations polish for March 2020. The polish I am sharing today is the last ever My Indie Polish for HHC and therefore the last in their My Little Pony series. And they're going out in a big poof of neon glitter!
My Indie Polish Rainbow Dash ($13 USD | 15 mL | no cap) is a thermal crelly with small neon dot glitters; in its cold state it's a robin's egg blue and when warm its a light baby blue. My photos show three coats plus top coat. The glitters took some work to get out and onto the nail. I had to do some placement and the base is pretty sheer. It dries down more sheer than it applies so I would recommend keeping the bottle upside down for 10 minutes before application to make sure you get as many glitters as possible. Also, make sure you let each coat dry completely otherwise it can get a little gummy by the third coat. Overall, worth the effort because it's a lovely polish and I love neon glitters.
For the new Hella Handmade Creations format, each maker picks a theme that they will follow for the next few months. Tanya of My Indie Polish has signed on to do a series for HHC inspired by My Little Pony (the original series!). The launch for the new format will be the 14th of each month at 12:01 AM EST and the shopping window is seven days, ending on the 21st at 11:59PM Hawaii time. The will be a pre-order each month and the expected TAT is 3-4 weeks after the shop closes for the month.
