New month. New Paint It Pretty Polish Pretty Polish of the Month! April's Limited Edition polish is inspired by the diamond. If you're lucky enough to be born in April, your birthstone is one of the most coveted gemstones of all. Diamonds symbolize eternal love (hence the name of this nail polish). Those who wear diamonds are believed to be blessed with better relationships, balance, clarity, abundance and inner strength.
Paint It Pretty Polish Eternal Love features a clear base packed with holographic flakes, iridescent crystal and ghost flakes. This nail polish looks magical on its own in three coats (as you can see on my index and middle nails) or worn over black (as on my ring and pinky nails). When you apply Eternal Love over black, it really shows off the colours of the flakes. I should have shown it over white - I think that would look really elegant too. Or a sheer pink. Oh, the possibilities! I can see myself wearing this a lot over a variety of colours. Maybe even as a topper over neons in the Summer.
The formula is perfectly smooth and even on the nails where I built the polish up in three coats, it didn't get gloopy or thick. I love Paint It Pretty Polish's tribute to the diamond.
