My Indie Polish is celebrating the coming spring with the 80s Twist Trio of cheerful polishes including Lemon, Lime and All Things Fine (the nail polish names make a rhyme!). It will be available February 12th and you can purchase the polishes individually for $10 USD each or as a set for $25 USD in the My Indie Polish shop.
I am personally quite happy to be seeing these bright colours because it's making me look forward to brighter and warmer days ahead. All three polishes are nicely formulated and the two cremes double as stamping polishes... so fun! Let's take a closer look.
I had to start by showing off some pictures of the glitter from this trio: All Things Fine. I love how much of an 80s vibe this gives off. It just made me so happy to wear it on my nails.
My Indie Polish Lemon ($10 USD | 15 mL | 2 coats) is a bright yellow creme that doubles as a stamping polish.
My Indie Polish Lime ($10 USD | 15 mL | 2 coats) is a bright pastel green (almost neon but not quite) that doubles as a stamping polish.
My Indie Polish All Things Fine ($10 USD | 15 mL | 3 coats) is a white crelly filled with neon circle glitters, stars, hearts and black rectangle glitters. I've never seen black glitters like these used in a nail polish before but I do love them in here. I applied three coats but did have to fish around for the glitters and do placement. The glitters are pretty heavy and the base is very thin so that's why I suspect it was harder to get the glitters out. There are a lot in there so you just have to work to get them. The overall result is worth it! Very 80s!
Do you like this trio? Is it making you look forward to spring days to come? Let me know if you're looking forward to brighter and warmer days ahead. And brighter nails to match!
