Sooo... this might be the most gorgeous Destination Duo to date. In December, Cupcake Polish and Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer teamed up to create the Cheers/Kanpai Destination Duo inspired by beer and fireworks.
I am seriously in love with both of these polishes. How could you not?! Cupcake Polish Cheers is a "black linear holographic with green to yellow, red to blue to magenta, and teal to purple to magenta multichrome flakes." This is incredible. So complex but works so well. 3 coats plus top coat. It's thin but it needs to be so you can see all the AMAZING flakes.
Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Kanpai is a "white crelly base packed with silver and red shimmer, lime to gold to green iridescent glitter, red to gold to green shifting glitter, purple to green shifting shimmer, and clear holographic glitter." It's so magical and ethereal. 3 coats plus top coat. Be patient with this and let each coat dry between applications. Otherwise, it's perfection.
These are just so pretty in their bottles so please enjoy the bottle shots below. I am really, really impressed with these two polishes and will probably wear them as their own full manicures sometime soon. But, who am I kidding. I have a million polishes to get through! I AM IN NEED OF AN INTERVENTION but not really because all the pretty bottles make me happy.
