Lemming Lacquer The Magician's Fire The Crelly Crate Revamped Nail Polish Review

Saturday, September 2, 2017

My love for blue nail polish isn't much of a secret. I should say true blue and medium blue, specifically. I've been in a bit of a fight with baby blues lately as they aren't agreeing with my skin tone but today's polish is a true winner. A few months ago, the Polish ReVamped group and the Crazy 4 Crellies group teamed up to release The Crelly Crate ReVamped and Lemming Lacquer The Magician's Fire was one of the polishes included in this Smoke & Mirrors themed box.

Lemming Lacquer The Magician's Fire is a breathtaking medium blue jelly base loaded with orange holo microglitter, gold, orange and bronze flakies. This combination is unbelievably beautiful. I can't even describe how much I love this polish but I looooove it. I am wearing 3 thin coats because it's a crelly and you want all those layers to give the squishy jelly appearance. It dries relatively shiny but I applied top coat and removal was pretty easy considering the amount of flakies. Application was very easy and it was fun to watch the layers build.

Not only is the base one of my all-time favorite shades of blue but the flakies are just to die for. The jewel toned shades are so elegant and this polish is really vampy. My pictures make it look a little brighter than it is in person.

This polish reminds of an aquarium in the best possible way. The flakies are suspended so beautifully in the ultramarine blue jelly base. It makes me happy and I am so impressed with my first Lemming Lacquer experience. I love the shape of the bottle - it's adorable and very comfortable to hold.
