My dad is a florist and I cut my teeth in the retail world at the ripe age of 12 in the family flower shop. I was always fascinated by orchids (however, my favorite flower is Ranunculus) because they are at once beautiful and grotesque. Or, at least, that's how I see them. I think Orchid is my new favorite Picture Polish in their classic holo flake finish.
Picture Polish Orchid is described as a bright pink/purple jelly scatter holographic and dries smooth on the nail (contains no glitter). This really is a hard one to capture but I think my pictures are more accurate than the other online swatches I had seen before seeing it in person. This is just a lovely squishy almost neon lilac if that makes sense. It's so bright and so pastel and so pretty.
I am wearing two coats plus top. I love the Picture Polish finish; you can't go wrong with it. This colour is very unique and makes me so happy just looking at it.
