The long-awaited Books themed Polish Pickup has finally arrived for the March shop. I will admit that I am not a hug book lover (well, not fiction) so I wasn't too excited... initially. But! The offerings are just amazing and I have My Indie Polish's contribution for you today.
My Indie Polish James and The Giant Peach (15 mL, $13 USD) is a peach creme when cold and shifts into a buttery yellow when warm with a beautiful subtle gold shimmer. I am wearing three coats plus top coat for full opacity. The formula on this was really easy and smooth. It built up nicely even though it was a bit thin after the first coat. The transition is really beautiful and I LOVE the warm version of this polish. It's my perfect kind of yellow.
James and The Giant Peach will retail for $13.00 USD on the Polish Pickup website and will have a cap of 200 bottles.
Here's what Tanya has to say about this nail polish and her inspiration: "James and the Giant Peach is based off the book of the same name by Roald Dahl. I remember my grandmother reading it to me and being partially terrified and partially mesmerized. My Indie Polish will also be offering a Peach Bellini scented cuticle oil for March."
Each month Polish Pickup will bring you a variety of polishes, nail care and nail art items from indie makers based on a theme voted on by you. Indie makers can pick-up and join any month they please, and all are welcome.
Shop is live the first Friday, 11 AM EST (March 2, 2017), of each month and stays open for four days, through the following Monday (March 5, 2017) at Midnight EST. This is the ONLY time frame in which the monthly polishes will be available for purchase.
All products are pre-ordered and will ship a minimum of 3 weeks after sale commencement. Polish Pickup ships for a flat fee of $3 in the US and $5 to Canada. International shipping is now available at cost. Polish Pickup will combine orders placed over the 4 day sale period. This will happen automatically when shipping begins and you will then receive your shipping overage refunds.
