Can you believe it's September? I'm crying inside because this Summer flew by but, I'm not going to lie, I'm ready for some Fall nail polish. My Indie Polish is bringing another beauty to the table for the September Hella Handmade Creations shop (which is available for preview now!).
My Indie Polish Lip's Blue Eyes is inspired by Lip Gallagher's blue eyes from the show Shameless. It is a steel blue-based grey with a beautiful holo glow and an WICKED blue shimmer streak. This formula is a bit thicker than the usual My Indie Polish base but it is needed to accomodate this highly pigmented formula. I am wearing three coats plus top coat. I would recommend trying thin coats and waiting a minute in between each coat so as to avoid any streaks or gloopiness. The shimmer is unlike anything else I have ever seen - it's glorious!

For the new Hella Handmade Creations format, each maker picks a theme that they will follow for the next few months. Tanya of My Indie Polish has signed on to do a series for HHC inspired by the TV show Shameless. The launch for the new format will be the 14th of each month at 12:01 AM EST and the shopping window is 7 days, ending on the 21st at 11:59PM Hawaii time. The will be a pre-order each month and the expected TAT is 3-4 weeks after the shop closes for the month.
