I had to get this post in before the end of Summer *sad face* I hate the thought of Winter but I love Fall. I'm sad to see Summer go for a little bit but I am hopeful that I will see many more Summers to come. So, why the rush on this post? Well, it would seem silly to post Rogue Lacquer's Sirens of Summer polishes in Fall, don't you think?
These polishes are still available from Girly Bits Cosmetics though they are gone from the Rogue Lacquer website now. I have two of the three Sirens to share with you today!
Rogue Lacquer Shell Yeah is a squishy bright coral, jelly-leaning crelly with gold, pink, and green color shifting flakes and aurora shimmer. I wore three thin coats plus top coat which gave me a super squishy, smooth finish. I love how bright and cheerful this polish is. The flakes are jaw-droppingly gorgeous and really stand out in this polish. Definitely the standout of the two I tried.
The second of this trio is Rogue Lacquer I Washed Up Like This which is the teal sister to Shell Yeah. It is a bright teal with green, gold, and purple color-shifting flakes, and blue to green shifting aurora sparkle and I wore it in three thin coats plus top coat for a smooth and glassy, jelly finish. This polish is super Mermaid-y and fun. I love how I got some huge flakes on my nail in the macro shot. It's so fun how Rachel makes use of different sizes of flakes. She really is a master of her craft!
