I seem to always reach peak nail/cuticle/hand health and prettiness in about August. As you can see in these pictures, they look perfect (no shame in tooting my own horn!) and I took these photos in August or maybe it was September. Either way. This polish might by my favorite polish of 2018 but you will have to wait for my annual polish round up to find out.
BLUSH Lacquers Tropical Escape was from the Summer 2018 Seasonal Indie Box which I was able to purchase with a fellow Canadian (@thepolishedlibrarian) since I knew I needed this polish but not necessarily all the other ones in the box though they were lovely too. I am trying really hard to be a responsible shopper now. Tropical Escape is described as a minty teal base with a strong pink shimmer that shifts orange (gold and green at extreme angles) and holo flakes. As you can see, the shimmer in this is practically popping off my nails. Unreal. This is why I love BLUSH so much. The shimmer she packs into a polish is just unbelievable. A few photos down toward the end of the post I have a shot of my nails after about 8 or 9 days of wear. It's totally amazing how well BLUSH Lacquers wear on me. Barely any tip wear at all!
