Friday is the March Polish Pickup and I this is the beautiful polish My Indie Polish has created for the Album Covers theme. Tanya was inspired by one of heroes... Johnny Cash. The Man in Black. So she created the most amazing black that makes me so happy. Let's get into it!
Tanya explains that she was inspired by a true love of hers: Johnny Cash. Tanya even has a tattoo commemorating her love for him and his music. Johnny Cash is "easily on every playlist I own and a true inspiration. My love for the man in black runs deep."
My Indie Polish Man In Black is a rich black crelly with silver shards and lots of holo. I am wearing two coats plus top coat. This one has a wonderful smooth formula that practically paints itself. I love it so much! I reminds me of a pair of rainboots I had in my childhood that were black with holographic sparkle. This polish gives me all the feels because I love black nail polish anyway.
My Indie Polish Man in Black will be $12.50 USD and capped at 75 bottles. If you love black nail polish, you cannot miss this one! It is absolute perfection. So black and opaque and squishy at the same time.
Each month, The Pickups will bring you a variety of polishes and handmade items from indie makers based on a theme chosen by customers. The Pickups are live the first Friday at 11 AM EST of each month and the shop stays open for four days through the following Monday at Midnight EST. The polishes and items are exclusive to The Pickups for each month.
All products are pre-ordered (capped or uncapped) and will ship a minimum of 3 weeks after sale commencement. The Pickups ship for a flat fee of $3 in the US and $5 to Canada. Shipping to European countries is available through The Pickups UK website. The Pickups will combine orders placed over the four day sale period. This will happen automatically when shipping begins and you will then receive your shipping overage refunds.
