Just last month KBShimmer released an epic collection of tri-thermals (swatches and review are here) but the Summer nail fun doesn't end there. KBShimmer has launched Seas the Day, a collection of seven tropical faded but bright neon cremes and three complimentary flakie toppers just in time for the first day of Summer! Harlow & Co. kindly sent me the KBShimmer Seas the Day Collection to swatch and review. I am all about neons - faded, bleached, straight up. You name it, if it's neon I'm there for it. And it doesn't just end at my tips, if you know my in person you know that I love wearing BRIGHT pieces from head to toe. Summer is the perfect excuse to bring out the neons and let yourself shine.

In terms of application, the cremes applied really well across the board. Some were three coaters but most were two coaters for me. The first coat is best applied thinly and then proceed as usual for any following coats. As for the flakies, I used one perfect thin coat over the cremes without issue and with perfect dispersal of flakes. My photos show all polishes in direct sunlight (yay sunshine!) or shade.
KBShimmer Nauti Girl is shown over Guava Nice Day below. Nauti Girl is a multichrome flake polish that shifts from a daring fuchsia to leaf green with shades of orange and gold.
KBShimmer Bored Shorts is a faded orchid purple that leans pink. I am wearing two easy coats and top coat.
KBShimmer Guava Nice Day is a faded neon coral cream. Another two coater for me! This one is bright and will look on all skin tones.
KBShimmer Harbour A Crush is a soft blue cream inspired by ocean blue waters. I don't usually like blues like this but I am very much feeling the ocean water vibes. Great formula! I think this was the best formula of the collection - almost a one coater.
KBShimmer Lime All Right is a pale green cream with a brightness that makes it work on any skin tone. I love this green! So cute and great formula as well. Two coats for me.
KBShimmer Papaya Don't Preach (love this name!) is a bright orange cream shown in two coats plus top coat. So bright and cute!!
KBShimmer Pink or Swim is a bright but not quite neon pink cream that really freaked out my camera. It's a little bit brighter than my photos show. This one was very fluid and runny so I needed three thin coats but the first coat flooded my cuticles so be very light with this application.
KBShimmer Sand By Me is a lemon yellow cream with a hint of neon. I am wearing three coats plus top coat and I love it! Such a nice lemony yellow with lots of white.
Now I am going to spam you with the three toppers over various cremes from the collection.
KBShimmer Party Like a Guac Star is a flakie topper with bright shades of green, lime and gold. At certain angles, you may even catch a hint of soft pink. I have shown it in one coat applied over Lime All Right above and Harbour A Crush below.
KBShimmer Off Tropic is a flakie topper featuring a rainbow of hues that shift with every change of viewing angle. It's shown in one coat applied from the bottle above over Papaya Don't Preach above and Bored Shorts below.
