Itty bitty glitters always make me smile. My Indie Polish made great use of teeny glitters in their March Polish Pickup nail polish inspired by the Ancient History theme.
My Indie Polish In the Beginning ($13 USD | 15 mL | 120 cap US | 10 cap UK) is a grey jelly base crammed with an assortment of berry glitters in holographic and non-holographic finishes. The glitters come in all shapes and sizes and each polish will include small bag of miniature pink holographic stars in the same tone for you to apply on your own. As you can see, I applied a little star on my index nail and I also got a "hunka hunka chunka flake" as Del of Fat Cat Pawlished says. I am wearing three thin coats and this polish dried shockingly glossy and smooth despite all the glitters. I say it all the time and will say it again: My Indie Polish really knows how to make a crelly. Their base is fantastic and suspends the glitters so well. I am a big fan of the berry-tone glitters in the grey base.
Each month, The Pickups will bring you a variety of polishes and handmade items from indie makers based on a theme chosen by customers. The Pickups are live the first Friday at 11 AM EST of each month and the shop stays open for four days through the following Monday at Midnight EST. The polishes and items are exclusive to The Pickups for each month.
All products are pre-ordered (capped or uncapped) and will ship a minimum of 3 weeks after sale commencement. The Pickups ship for a flat fee of $3 USD in the US and $5 USD to Canada. Shipping to European countries is available through The Pickups UK website. The Pickups will combine orders placed over the four day sale period. This will happen automatically when shipping begins and you will then receive your shipping overage refunds.
