I've been having a lot of fun lately trying new-to-me nail polish brands. Today's adventure in nail polish features Wikkid Polish. Wikkid Polish is a UK-based indie nail polish brand available in Canada from NailStuff.ca. As far as first impressions go, I am thoroughly impressed with this brand of nail polish. The formula is buttery smooth and very easy to work with. I have a mix of finishes here on my blog (and in my YouTube review) but Wikkid Polish offers even more finishes including thermal, flakies, glitter, glow-in-the-dark and more!

red coral nail polish with holographic finish

Wikkid Polish Coral Reef ($13.99 CAD | 10 mL | 2 coats) is a rich reddened coral with linear holo. This polish had a fantastic formula. It is highly pigmented but I did not experience any staining. The linear holo is very fine and doesn't produce the most rainbows I've ever seen but it complements the polish nicely and looks amazing in the sunshine.

green purple turquoise multichrome nail polish

Wikkid Polish Dione ($13.99 CAD | 10 mL | 3 coats) is a multichrome nail polish that shifts from green to purple to turquoise. In direct light, as in the photo below, it comes off as an emerald green but you can see in the other images that it really is shifty. This is another polish you can layer but I chose to wear it on its own in three coats. It's very easy to apply and the formula was easy to work with.

magnetic nail polish shifting from green and blue to purple

Wikkid Polish Minerva ($14.99 CAD | 10 mL | 3 coats) is a magnetic nail polish with colours shifting through aqua, purple and blue. Okay so I made a mistake with this nail polish and I didn't realize it was supposed to be a topper. I applied it on it's own and even at three coats, this wasn't getting opaque. Sure enough, it's meant to be worn over a black base. Regardless, the magnetic pull is very strong and the colour shifts are very visible. It's a beautiful magnetic polish with a wonderful effect. And the application is easy and smooth.

lilac holographic nail polish

Wikkid Polish Parma Violets (10 mL | 2 coats) is a soft lilac with linear holo. It looks like this nail polish is no longer available but it is a beautiful holo in one of my favourite colours. The linear holo effect is relatively subtle but you can see the rainbows and how beautiful it looks against the lilac base. The formula was excellent and super buttery.

Wikkid Polish Timeless Turquoise ($13.99 CAD | 10 mL | 2 coats | this polish was provided by NailStuff.ca for my review) is a turquoise with linear holo. This is a beautiful shade of turquoise, perfect for summer. It definitely gives a mermaid vibe. The formula, like the other holos, is buttery smooth. The rainbows are there but not blinding.
