Paint It Pretty Polish Royal Sapphire ($11.00 CAD | 15 mL | 3 coats) is a beautiful blue based nail polish with shifting chameleon flakes. This nail polish applied easily in three coats. I love how rich the base is and yet the flakes show through which have a lot of colour and depth. This polish is 5 free, cruelty free and vegan. I've shown it in the sunlight below and it really is bright! If you're a September baby, you will want this polish.
