There's something so whimsical about a crelly polish. I don't wear them often as I have started to shy away from glitters but when a crelly strikes the perfect balance between base and glitter, there's nothing better (and Riley would agree!). I absolutely love that this polish is inspired by a clown and balloon animals! It really evokes that feeling of fun at a carnival. I love the base of this polish - it's the perfect whitened pink that really pops, especially with a tan. The formula was really great too. I am wearing 2 coats plus top coat. The base doesn't dry down too much from the glitter so it's relatively smooth without being top coat hungry. Yay! I also love how the glitters catch the light and sparkle. I didn't have to do much fishing to get an even spread of glitters which is another win!
