I've been thoroughly enjoying Season Four of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. I just finished the first six episodes and the sixth focused a lot of imagination. Imagination is the perfect segue into the August 2018 CoTM from Girly Bits Cosmetics because the duo this month is named for unicorns and pegasuses, or pegasi if you're fancy.
Girly Bits Pegasussed is a a purple holographic with a pink/copper shine, prismatic holographic micro-flakes, and a scattering of colour shifting flakes in blue, green an copper. Aaaaaaand, I'm obsessed. This is my favorite shade of purple with the most perfect shimmer and so many pretty flakes. I almost can't handle how much I love this one. It's also perfectly formulated and I want one of these in every colour ever. Two coats plus top coat for these photos. Smooth application and easy removal. The shimmer GLOWS off the nail.
The second half is Girly Bits Unicornucopia, a teal blue sheer-ish jelly loaded with red to gold to green unicorn type aurora pigment, and various colour shifting flakes in pink, green, blue, and gold, as well as a tiny amount of holo graphic micro-glitter. I am also completely smitten with this one, especially as a duo. This blue is totally unlike any other in my collection and while it is sheer, it's definitely a meant-to-be-this-sheer kind of sheer because it makes for a very ethereal effect with all of the Aurora pigment and colour-shifting flakes. I am wearing three coats plus top coat which smooths everything out perfectly. This looks amazing in all sorts of lighting. It also covers the white of my nail tips even though it is still sheer looking. I had longer nails in these photos and it was just perfect. So perfect!
