More and more I've been trying to commit to cruelty-free living. I've been a vegan or vegetarian (I have oscillated between the two) for almost a decade. I thought it was high time I started paying more attention to the products (aside from food) that I consume and their impact on animals and the environment. Dimension Nails is a cruelty free, vegan and 10+ free brand of Premium Lacquer available in Canada NailStuff. Dimension Nails' mission is to add new dimensions in the nail industry by incorporating health conscious 10+ free formulas with a love for animals. I think that's an awesome mission and I couldn't wait to try some of their nail polishes. Dimension Nails offers more than just nail polish, including gel polish, gel builder, nail brushes and more! And they are all made with the same commitment to being cruelty free and totally vegan.
Dimension Nails has a wonderful range of nail polish shades ranging from cremes to shimmers to holo to glitters. I was sent Sentient for review but I purchased all the others myself from NailStuff.

Dimension Nails Coconut Milk ($12 USD on the Dimension Nails website | 13.3 mL | 2 coats) is a bright white creme nail polish for nail art or worn on its own. For a white creme, this polish has a really good formula. I was able to achieve opacity in two coats and by the time I applied top coat, it was totally smoothed out and flawless looking. Two thumbs up for this white!
Dimension Nails Selenite ($15.99 CAD on NailStuff | 13.3 mL | 3 coats) is a frosty white crystal-infused nail polish. This polish is infused with the energy of crystals. The polish is first blended to achieve a smooth uniform colour. Then Dimension Nails adds the crystal to the batch and blends for a final time infusing the lacquer. So the crystal is kind of like a tea bag in that it steeps in the lacquer - it's not like there are crushed up crystals in there.
Dimension Nails Piglet ($14.99 CAD | 15 mL | 2-3 coats) is a classic white-based baby pink creme. This one applied so nicely on the first coat and built up well but I did find it best when used with a ridge-filling base coat. I have some ridges on my nails which lead to some dark spots on the second coat so I had to add a third coat on some nails. Overall, a beautiful light pink!
Dimension Nails Calf ($12 USD | 13.3 mL | 2 coats) is a baby blue creme nail polish. This one has a great formula - it's bright and pastel all at once. I will wear this again in Spring or Summer for sure!
Dimension Nails Sentient ($14.99 CAD | 13.3 mL | 1 coat) is a dusty dark grape purple with an amazingly opaque formula. This one is super creamy and subdued.
Dimension Nails Scarlet Peacock Butterfly ($14.99 CAD | 13.3 mL | 1 coat) is a bright classic warm red creme. I love this one so much! The formula was impeccable and so easy to work with. It stamps too!
Dimension Nails Black Rhino ($12 USD | 13.3 mL | 1 coat) is a creamy and opaque black creme nail polish. This one would be great for stamping but it's also a great easy-to-apply black creme which everyone needs in their collection.
